Welcome to the 2022 season.
To enable a smooth 2022 registration process, we will once more request all forms be completed electronically in the original excel format and returned via email with a headshot colour photo and copy of the birth certificate for all players.
Banking details are documented on the registration form, please ensure that the Initial, Surname and Age group is used as reference when making payment. (J Grantham U7). Proof of payment should be attached with registration documentation.
Please be advised that if a player has played for another soccer club previously and wishes to join the AFC family, a Clearance Letter from the previous club is required and should be attached as well.
Please be advised that AFC is working on a paperless system and thus would appreciate that all registration documentation, as well as photos, are forwarded electronically to: albertonfcreg@gmail.com.
Please do not PDF or change any columns on the spreadsheet as it reads into a database. Return the excel spreadsheet once completed.

How to Register

2. Fill in the empty spaces in the document ( do not PDF or change columns on the spreadsheet).
3. Make a payment, please use surname and age group as reference ( J Grantham u7).
4. To submit all Junior registrations please send an email to albertonfcreg@gmail.com. Please attach your signed excel document, ID photos and proof of payment.

Senior Registration
U19 - Above ( R1450.00)

3. Make a payment, IMPORTANT: Please use your NAME, SURNAME & DIVISION (example; JohnDoeDiv2) as the payment reference. Please email the proof of payment to AFCVets@gmail.com.
4. To submit all Senior registrations please send an email to AFCvets@gmail.com. Please attach your signed excel document, ID photos and proof of payment.

A player will not be registered until the full deposit has been received (no exceptions). If payment is not received according to the Option Plan selected, the player's card will be removed until payment is up to date.

Registration fees cover the cost of match socks, referees fees for the season, as well as the registration of the player with the Easterns Local Football Association. The balance of the fees covers general running costs of the club. A player’s card will only be issued upon receipt of full registration fees or payment of the deposit.
